But as modem society continues to become more fluid and dynamic, social barriers that used to divide various cultures have virtually become non-existent. The communication revolution, the global market and the ever-increasing specialization and division of labour has been a significant rise in demand for a diverse labour force, requiring individuals to work with various ethnic groups in their professional as well as personal lives. Business organizations have recognised this paradigm shift, and continues to look for methods to adapt to these new challenges. One such solution is to engage in a team building activity.

Team building is a process by which corporate companies reassess their own effectiveness through activity-based programmes- usually conducted outside the workplace - that effectively develop harmonious working relationships among employees. It is a ideal method in creating an effective and cohesive workforce, resulting in improved communication and better culture understanding among each other. Team building enables the organization to transcend to a higher level of understanding and reaffirmed focus and commitment from its employees. It is all about being challenged through high impact experiences.

We have established two outdoor team building activity Centers:

Al Se'eh Retreat
Our regional centre is comprised of team building activities, adventure training modules and various training equipment.

A Fa'la Camp
Our desert camp provides x-treme teambuilding and adventure training, archery, open course paint-ball park, horses and camels.
