Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the Coral & Corp Club programme and our relationship with the members of the programme.

Benefits are available at participating hotels under HMH – Hospitality Management Holdings and are for members only (strictly non-transferable). Member needs to be present at the time of check-in or dining to avail the offers.
To avail the discount on rooms, all room reservations must be made though our brand website www.coral-international.com or www.corp-hotels.com or directly through the participating hotels.
Membership card and voucher must be presented at the time of reservation in order to redeem benefits.
All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
In order to avail any discount the voucher must be shown at the time of booking and not at the time of check-out.
Discounts on rooms are valid for single or double occupancy only.
Discounts on rooms are not valid for bookings made through travel agents, online travel agencies or for group bookings.
Black-out periods apply during city-wide events, exhibitions, festivals and official holidays.
The discounts are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, loyalty programs, coupons, vouchers or any other room or dining benefit certificates.
Taxes and service fee are not included in the discounts and will be charged wherever applicable.
Only one card per table will be acceptable for all dining offers.
The dining benefits will be honored for breakfast, lunch and dinner at participating restaurants.
All food and beverage must be purchased during the restaurant’s operating hours and ordered from the regular menus of the participating restaurants.
The discount will not be applied to meals taken as part of bed and breakfast, half board or full board package rates.
These discounts are not valid on rooms or meetings booked with the hotel prior to purchase of membership.
The 15% discount on spa treatments is not available on purchase of spa products.
The benefits / vouchers outlined in Coral & Corp Club programme have no cash value.
We will not be responsible for the loss of your card and you will have to bear the cost of replacing the card. Also we will not replace any lost or stolen vouchers.
Spouse members will receive the same benefits as members excluding vouchers.
We make no warranties and expressly disclaim all liability with respect to type, quality or fitness of goods and services provided through the Coral & Corp Club programme.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the UAE.
